Najeeb Ali M.K obtained Environmental Clearance vide NO. 114/Q/2023 dated 01/07/2023 (Proposal no. SIA/KL/MIN/422595/2023 & file no. 2017/A2/2018/SEIAA) for the Granite Building Stone Quarry Project for an area of 1.8227 Ha at Sy.No.85pt, in Pulamanthole Village, Perinthalmanna Taluk, Malappuram District, Kerala under B2 category.

Environmental Clearance initially for a period of 5 years, for the quantity mentioned in the approved mining plan, and then to extend the EC period to cover the project life of 12 years, from the date of execution of mine lease / permit, subject to the review by SEAC at the end of five years, to verify whether the Project Proponent has violated any of the EC conditions and thereby caused any damage to the Environment in the project region.

Total mineable reserve of the project is 5,51,407 MT for the life of mine of 12 years with an annual production of 45,000 MT. Total estimated project cost is ₹ 2,74,40,000/-
